A recent Research report from Columbia University in New York, states that UV-C light efficiently kills airborne pathogens and viruses without potential harm to exposed human tissue.

The report further states that as all coronaviruses have similar genomic sizes, the far UV-C light be expected to show inactivation efficiency, killing 99.9% of airborne coronaviruses in about 25 minutes – they believe that these findings will extend to SARS-Cov-2 as well.
